1. Product Description

L-1060MPB-II automatic die-cutting and stripping machine is developed on the basis of SL-1060MPB. This is our second generation die-cutting and stripping machine. It adopts more advanced drive gears, such as high-precision indicators, pneumatic plate locks, pneumatic clutches, overload protection, and electric pressure regulation systems to ensure stable performance when running at high speeds.

The machine is equipped with a pre-loading unit, a sub-feeding unit, a variable speed conveying mechanism, an automatic sub-feeding mechanism, a pneumatic sampling, an automatic timing lubrication system, a main submersible gear chiller, etc. to bring out the full potential of the machine.

The electrical components and drive components are all internationally renowned brands to ensure die-cutting accuracy and operational reliability. The electric control system monitors the operating status of the entire machine through PLC, electronic cams, photoelectric switches, etc., and displays it through the human-machine interface for easy fault diagnosis.

The human-machine interface monitors the machine status, displays the operating instructions, fault location, and troubleshooting to fully realize human-machine communication. The electrical cabinet industrial refrigerator ensures that the electrical components work stably at a constant temperature.

 

2.Standard features of each section of this machine: 

1). Feeder:
Stream fed top feed suction unit with a Max speed of ***0 Sheets per hour.
Pre-loading and secondary hoist system to allow continual running during pile changes.
Photo electric sensor protecting foot trap point at feeder table lower position.
Feeder table will accept standard pallet or pre-loading unit.
Adjustable air blow enabling efficient sheet separation on the full range of raw materials.
Both push and pull side lays on both the near and off side of the machine.
Side lays fitted with electronic detection to prevent registration errors of badly position sheets.
Double-sheet detection device fitted on the lay board.
High specification Japanese Nitta feeder belts for maximum stability during sheet transfer.
Electronically controlled feeder pump, ensuring accurately fed sheets to the front lays.
High efficiency/ low maintenance Becker vacuum pump.

 

2).Press Section:
Fully adjustable multiple front lay with electronic detection device to prevent registration errors.
Standard cutting rule height. (*3.*0mm)
7mm thick high Rockwell hardened steel plates. (optional)
Or 5mm thick hardened steel plate combined with a 2mm hard or soft plate facility to allow matrix to be saved on regularly run products.
Overload protection device avoid crashes caused by overload.
High specification, heat treated steel drive Worm and bronze Wheel main drive. Toggle action die cutting movement.
Photoelectric sheet detection at every stage of the sheet transfer throughout the machine.
Standard 2x cutting chases complete with hardened steel chase backing plates (Centerline designs included as required).
Gearbox lubrication chiller unit that ensures optimum bearing temperatures at high speed production.
Lightweight aluminum alloy gripper bars complete with pinch grippers.
Japanese high strength extended pitch gripper bar chain.
Taiwanese Teshi precision indexing cambox drive for high precision and high speed gripper movement.
Imported high precision synchro drive belt and pulleys.
European Pneumatic clutch and brake unit.
 
3.)Stripping Unit:
Removable stripping frames which allows easy and quick installation of tooling.
Frames can be manufactured to accept Centreline stripping tooling.
Three movement stripping frames system that allows the most intricate of products to be stripped effectively at high speed.
Lower pin frame and stripping pins are supplied as standard.

 

4.) Delivery Section:
Delivery front and side jogging, to ensure a neat stack on the delivery table pallet.
A sheet sampling system that allows a sheet to be easily removed during production to check cutting and registration to print.
Tab inserting unit to enable delivered product to be removed in accurate batches. (optional extra)
Quick pile change / non-stop running delivery facility.
Photo electric sensor protecting foot trap point at delivery tables lower position.

 

5.) Electrical:
Main machine is controlled by Mitsubishi PLC controller easily accessed and repaired in Europe.
Main motor speed control inverter manufactured by Yaskawa Japan.
Machine control encoders and programmable cam positioner Manufactured by Omron Japan.
